Position: Project Manager

Position description:
The project manager will report to the managing director and/or the operation’s manager. The candidate will be responsible for supervising all the project’s construction activities, including its organization, planning, cost control, material orders, scheduling, direct labor and subcontractors. The candidate must possess project management experience in order to complete the work on time, within budget and to quality specified by the contract conditions. The project manager is responsible at all time, to protect and promote the interest of the company in all matters while working as part of a team.
Qualifications:

• Thai National, university degree or diploma in civil engineering and structural engineering.
• Able to understand structural, architectural and MEP drawings and project specifications.
• Minimum 5 years project management experience.
• Develop and implement site planning, logistics and procedures for the execution of the works.
• Ensure the work performed complies with all requirements of the contract documents, specifications and project safety.
• Coordinate, direct, and monitor the activities of subcontractors, suppliers, direct labor and material.
• Review all subcontractor and vendor payment applications and participate in the timely preparation of monthly payment requisition.
• Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize work for self and others. Ability to communicate effectively. Initiative, self-starter and health & safety conscious.
• Able to read, write and speak English is a requirement.
• Able to use AutoCAD and other computer software is a requirement.

Position: Structural engineer
Job type: Full time

Position description:
The candidate will conduct structural engineering work, including site investigation, report preparation, structural analysis & calculations, design, preparation of contract drawings and specifications, supervision of project engineers, coordination with other disciplines and construction review. The candidate must be able to work with project managers to assist in performing structural inspections, manage structural elements and problem solving. The candidate is to assist construction teams in order to complete projects on time, within budget and to the quality specified by the contract’s conditions.
Qualifications:

• Thai National with a bachelor’s degree or higher in civil engineering and/or structural engineering.
• Minimum 5 year experience in construction engineering in the design, analysis and calculation of concrete and steel structures.
• Quantity surveying is a requirement.
• Must be technically competent, with proven abilities and a strong ability to work within a project based and team based environment.
• Full control of AutoCAD and general computer software.
• Perform other duties and take on other responsibilities as required.
• Able to read, write and speak English is a requirement.

Position description:
Ideal candidate must possess design skills, technical abilities and design coordination skills. Candidate will report to the managing director, while providing complete support to the project engineers, project managers and all construction teams. Candidate must have a proven knowledge track of architectural design, detailing, planning and building regulations requirements.
Qualifications:

• 4 to 6 years relevant experience in architectural design and shop drawing production.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in architectural or related field.
• Must fully control of related computer software such as AutoCAD, Sketch-up and Microsoft applications.
• Construction documentation control is a requirement.
• Must be able to effectively communicate (speaking and writing) in English.
• Experience with working with International clients is a plus.
